This means the lower floor of the unit can be used for the dining and living room areas, and the loft will become your entire bedroom. The loft is actually quite spacious. You will have no problem fitting a queen-sized bed up there and still have room for a wardrobe.

Another great thing about living in the loft units is that they all come with floor to ceiling windows. This means you will be treated to a beautiful view of the city, and depending on the location of your unit, you might also get a beautiful view of the Bay of Mactan, or a majestic view of the nearby Osmena mountain peak.

Unfortunately, there are no larger residential spaces currently announced for the Ultima Residences, so if you have a small family then you might find even the lofted units a bit too crowded. On the other hand, if you live alone or with your significant other, you will be more than comfortable in the residential units provided by the Ultima Residences.
